Ingredients for Shahi Tukda Recipe

  • 4 No.s Bread slices
  • 15 No.s Almonds
  • 15 Cashews
  • 20 Pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1.50 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • As required Saffron strands a few
  • As required Sugar Jelly

Directions: Shahi Tukda Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut bread diagonally.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Crush almonds,cashews and pistachios with crusher, separately.

step 4

  • STEP 3.1.add oil and ghee in the same pan and heat it.

step 5

  • STEP 4.2.now roast the bread in the pan for 5 mins from each side.

step 6

  • STEP 5.3.separetely boil milk in a pan for 5 mins at medium flame.

step 7

  • STEP 6.4.then add cardamom powder and sugar and stir well.

step 8

  • STEP 7.5.now add saffron and stir slowly.

step 9

  • STEP 8.6.add crushed almonds, cashews,pistachio and boil for 7 mins at medium flame.

step 10

  • STEP 9.7.after yellow colour appears,boil for 5 mins at medium flame for thick consistency.
