- 15 Cashews
- 20 Pistachios
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 1 liter Milk
- 1.50 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 100 gram Sugar
- As required Saffron strands a few
- As required Sugar Jelly

How to Make Shahi Tukda Recipe
Cut bread diagonally.
Crush almonds,cashews and pistachios with crusher, separately.
1.add oil and ghee in the same pan and heat it.
2.now roast the bread in the pan for 5 mins from each side.
3.separetely boil milk in a pan for 5 mins at medium flame.
4.then add cardamom powder and sugar and stir well.
5.now add saffron and stir slowly.
6.add crushed almonds, cashews,pistachio and boil for 7 mins at medium flame.
7.after yellow colour appears,boil for 5 mins at medium flame for thick consistency.
