• 1 pound Dried black eyed peas sorted rinsed and soaked per package
• 29.5 Diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
• 1 teaspoon Minced garlic i usedfreeze dried garlic
• 3 cup Water
• 3 teaspoon 3 chicken bouillon cubes better than bouillon
• 1 cup Red or green bell peppers chopped, you could also use 1/2 cup freeze dried bell peppers with an extra cup of water
• 2 Meaty ham bone ham hocks
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
