• 6 Slices bacon diced
• 8 ounce Mushrooms
• 6 Small white onions cut in 1/2 or quartered depending upon size
• 2 Cloves garlic mashed
• 2 Carrots peeled and rough cut
• 0.5 Bottle of full body red wine
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 8 ounce Chicken stock made with better than bouillon premium roasted chicken base
• Unsalted butter
• 1 sprig Thyme
• 1 sprig Rosemary
• As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste
• 4 Large skin on, bone in chicken thighs
