Coconut Almond Cookies Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Coconut almond cookies are super crunchy, perfect to the bite, slightly sweet. These super crunchy cookies are eggless, simple to make, just mix the dough and bake. They go in the oven and come out smelling so good. Initially they were soft, but once they cooled down they turned crunchy. These cookies reminded me of the cookies i used to have as a kid. Can be a great treat for kids snack. Made a few changes to the recipe is adapted from archana’s kitchen.
