Ingredients For Chorizo And Bean Tortilla Pan Recipe
1.5 tablespoon Sunflower oil
1 Onion peeled and finely diced
1 Carrot peeled and finely diced
100 gram Chorizo chopped into small chunks
2 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
1 Red or yellow pepper chopped into small chunks
1 Small courgette chopped into small chunks
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon Chilli flakes
800 gram Finely chopped tinned tomatoes
400 gram Mixed beans in chilli or tomato sauce
0.25 teaspoon Salt
0.25 teaspoon Pepper
50 gram Cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoon Double cream
1 pinch Salt and pepper
3 tablespoon Soured cream
2 Large flour tortillas
100 gram Mixed, grated, cheddar and red leicester cheese
1 bunch Small fresh coriander roughly chopped
1 Fresh red chilli sliced
1 Ripe avocado de stoned and sliced
0.5 Small red onion peeled and thinly sliced
1 pinch Black pepper
