Chinese Red Chilli Oil Recipe

• STEP 1.Put red chilli pepper into a blender and cover and blend. Transfer to a plate.

• STEP 1.Take off garlic skin and transfer to a chopper.

• STEP 2.Chop coarsely. Transfer to a jar. Add the crushed chilli and sesame seeds and mix well.

• STEP 3.Add oil to a cooking pot and heat it properly. Then add peppercorns and cook for 10 seconds.

• STEP 4.Remove pot from stove. Pour this oil into the jar containing ingredients.

• STEP 5.Just in case of a spillage put a large baking tray underneath. Stir a few times.
