Directions : Chinese Red Chilli Oil Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Put red chilli pepper into a blender and cover and blend. Transfer to a plate.

STEP 1.Take off garlic skin and transfer to a chopper.

STEP 2.Chop coarsely. Transfer to a jar. Add the crushed chilli and sesame seeds and mix well.

STEP 3.Add oil to a cooking pot and heat it properly. Then add peppercorns and cook for 10 seconds.

STEP 4.Remove pot from stove. Pour this oil into the jar containing ingredients.

STEP 5.Just in case of a spillage put a large baking tray underneath. Stir a few times.
