Spicy slices of skewered tofu, deep fried and coated with chilli garlic sauce and a dry spice mix. this cumin-spiced tofu skewers such an easy dish to make, this can be turned into a family activity.
STEP 6.-6)cut the tofu into 3 inches long and 1 cm thick slices.
STEP 7.-7)insert 2 skewers lengthwise into each slice of tofu.
STEP 8.-8)heat 1 ltr of oil in a wok till smoking hot.
STEP 9.-9)place the tofu in the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes till light golden.
STEP 10.-10)take the skewered slices out of the hot oil and brush evenly with chilli garlic sauce on both sides.
STEP 11.-11)then generously sprinkle with the dry spice mix. Ensure that each slice of fried tofu is sprinkled well.
STEP 12.-12)arrange on a platter and serve.
