Egg bhurji or paneer bhurji are the most common dishes we have heard of. This time i decided to make this dish with a different ingredient and a fusion blend of indian and chinese spices. So this is my chinese tofu bhurji.

Ingredients for Chinese Tofu Bhurji Recipe
- 100 gram Tofu grated
- 2-2.50 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger minced
- 1/2 green chilli, slit
- 1 bulbs of spring onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 small capsicum, finely chopped
- As required Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon schezwan chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
