  • 100 gram Tofu grated
  • 2-2.50 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger minced
  • 1/2 green chilli, slit
  • 1 bulbs of spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small capsicum, finely chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon schezwan chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
