• 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
• 2 teaspoon Water
• 1 Small onion chopped
• 1 Red pepper chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic minced
• 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger chopped
• 2 Green onions [spring onions]sliced into rounds
• 2 tablespoon Chinese fermented black beans rinsed and chopped
• 0.5 cup Chicken stock
• 0.5 teaspoon Sugar or to taste
