Ingredients For Chicken Seekh Kabab From Coriander Pesto Recipe

• 2 chicken breasts finely minced
• 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1 inch ginger finely chopped

• 0.33000000000000007 cup coriander pesto, made by grinding coriander stems with 4 green chillies, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice Do not use any water in pesto
• 4 tablespoon cashews blanched and grounded to a fine paste
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
• 1 tablespoon kashmiri mirch powder
• 1 teaspoon chat masala
• As required Black salt or normal salt
• 8 stick bamboo soaked in water for atleast 30 minutes
• oil for shallow frying
