Ingredients For Chicken Seekh Kabab From Coriander Pesto Recipe
2 chicken breasts finely minced
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 inch ginger finely chopped

4 tablespoon cashews blanched and grounded to a fine paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 tablespoon kashmiri mirch powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
As required Black salt or normal salt
8 stick bamboo soaked in water for atleast 30 minutes
oil for shallow frying
