STEP 1.First, in a bowl mix all-purpose flour, water and salt. Knead till it forms a smooth dough, cover and set aside.
STEP 2.Sauté the boiled chicken with 1 tbsp oil, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper soya sauce and salt. Transfer it to a bowl.
STEP 3.Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Place a teaspoonful of chicken filling at the center and make the momos.
STEP 4.Seal the edges firmly. Boil water in a steamer. Place the momos inside the steamer and steam for five to seven minutes.
STEP 5.Chicken momos are ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy.
