- 1 tsp green chilies ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 Tsp black pepper powder/kali mirch ka powder

- 1/4 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp ▢1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 Cups Water / Paani

How to Make Chicken Momo Recipe
First, in a bowl mix all-purpose flour, water and salt. Knead till it forms a smooth dough, cover and set aside.
Sauté the boiled chicken with 1 tbsp oil, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper soya sauce and salt. Transfer it to a bowl.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Place a teaspoonful of chicken filling at the center and make the momos.
Seal the edges firmly. Boil water in a steamer. Place the momos inside the steamer and steam for five to seven minutes.
Chicken momos are ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy.
