Ingredients for Chicken Lasagna Recipe

  • 62.50 grams Chicken boneless
  • 3 Pieces Fresh lasagna sheets
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion......one medium size
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped tomato
  • 3/4 Pieces garlic cloves(peeled)
  • 1/4 Pieces Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
  • 0.19 cup Tomato pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cups also add cheese
  • 0.13 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt ......as per taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 0.13 tsp Crushed black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp lal mirch ( red chilli powder)

Directions: Chicken Lasagna Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a deep bottom pan, cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and bell peppers.
  • STEP 3.3. Mix properly with pasta sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook the chicken and vegetables for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.4. Then add Italian seasoning and toss the mixture . Transfer it to a bowl.
  • STEP 5.5. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Grease the baking dish.
  • STEP 6.6. Layer one-third of the lasagna sheets in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • STEP 7.7. Again repeat layers of one-third lasagna sheets and the remaining chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • STEP 8.8. Finish with the remaining lasagna sheets and cheese.
  • STEP 9.9. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese melts. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!!
