Ingredients for Sago kheer Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups sago sabudana
  • 1/4 Litre Fresh full cream milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar(powdered)
  • As Required Chopped pistachio pieces
  • As Required For Ganishing Red Rose Petals For Garnishing
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cardamom powde
  • 1/4 Tbsp tab spoon ghee

Directions: Sago Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.1. Wash sago seeds with water and keep aside for an hour.
  • STEP 3.2. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and add sago in it.
  • STEP 4.3. Stir continuously till sago becomes transparent.
  • STEP 5.4. Sago will absorb the milk. Then gradually add sugar, cardamom powder and ghee.
  • STEP 6.5. Switch off the flame and garnish it with pistachios and rose petals.
