Ingredients for French Fries Dahi Puri Recipe

  • 0.33 cup French fries
  • 5 Pieces olgappas
  • 0.33 Cups Curd
  • 0.33 Cups One cup chopped onion
  • 0.17 Cups chopped tomatoes pieces (deseeded)
  • 1.67 tsp Tamarind chutney
  • 1.33 tsp Green chutney
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.33 g Salt as per taate

Directions: French Fries Dahi Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First fry the french fries and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Make holes in the centre of the golgappas or puris.
  • STEP 3.3. Take fee of the fried french fries and tear them into pieces.
  • STEP 4.4. Stuff half tbsp of pieces of french fries into each puris.
  • STEP 5.5. Now mix chaat masala and salt in the curd. Add this curd mixture into each puris.
  • STEP 6.6. Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato. Then add generous amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney into each puris.
  • STEP 7.7. Garnish with fried french fries on top. Enjoy!
