Ingredients for Drums of heaven Recipe

  • 125 gms Chicken lollipops
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup piece onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tbsp Crushed black pepper powder
  • 0.06 cup Schezwan sauce
  • 0.06 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp lemon juice / vinegar
  • 1/4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.06 cup Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp spoon rice flour
  • 1/4 Pieces A egg
  • 1/2 Pieces 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 Tbsp Oil for frying
  • 0.38 Tsp salt as per taste

Directions: Drums Of Heaven Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Firstly, marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt. Keep it marinated for half an hour.
  • STEP 2.2. Now make a thick batter with cornflour, rice flour and egg. Coat the marinated chicken lollipop pieces in it.
  • STEP 3.3. Deep fry the lollipops in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.4. Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 5.5. Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and salt. Stir fry and cook the sauce for few minutes.
  • STEP 6.6. Add cornflour mixture and mix well. Then add the fried chicken lollipops.
  • STEP 7.7. Toss it well. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Enjoy!!
