Ingredients For Chicken Curry Recipe

• 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast
• 1.5 teaspoon Fine sea salt
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.75 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 0.25 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, optional for heat, add an extra 1/4 teaspoon for medium spicy
• 6 Medium cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 inch A cube of fresh ginger, peeled
• 1 Medium Onion, Roughly Chopped
• 1.5 cup Water
• 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil or use ghee
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 4 tablespoon Full fat plain unsweetened yogurt
• 1 teaspoon Garam masala, see notes
• 3 tablespoon Heavy cream
