Ingredients For Chicken Cauliflower Cheddar Chowder Recipe

• 8 sprig Fresh thyme
• 1 Medium head cauliflower broken into florets
• 12 ounce Small yellow potatoes scrubbed and cut into bite size pieces
• 12 ounce Carrots sliced about 1/4 inch thick
• 2 Stalks celery halved and thinly sliced
• 5 cup Low sodium chicken broth
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
• 2 teaspoon Onion powder
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 3 tablespoon Butter
• 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 2 cup Milk i like to use whole milk but 2% will work
• 4 ounce Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• As required Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
