5 cup Low sodium chicken broth

2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon All purpose flour
2 cup Milk i like to use whole milk but 2% will work
4 ounce Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
