• 3 cup Raw shrimp
• 1 Large onion chopped
• 2 Green bell peppers sliced into thin strips
• 2 Cloves garlic minced or pressed
• 3 cup Chicken
• 28 ounce Canned diced tomatoes
• 1.25 cup Brown rice short grain is best
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Paprika divided
• pinch A pinch of oregano
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped cilantro optional
