2 teaspoon Olive oil
2 teaspoon Plus 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
2 tablespoon Cognac
1 teaspoon Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
4 Turkey Breast Cutlets
4 Boneless skinless duck breast halves
8 Chicken Tenderloins
0.5 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
0.25 cup Ground Almonds
Cranberry orange sauce
0.5 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Tablespoon plus 2 cornstarch
0.25 teaspoon Salt
0.125 teaspoon Ground cloves
1.5 cup Orange juice
1.5 cup Fresh cranberries
0.25 cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tablespoon minced fresh mint or 1 dried mint
2 teaspoon Tablespoons plus 2 butter
1 teaspoon Grated Orange Zest
0.5 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
