Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375掳F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
