Sabu we mostly eat in our puja n parbans. It is a rich source ofCalcium thus a lactating mother can eat sabu with milk daily to give her childa best feed.
STEP 1.1. Wash Sabu in plain water 4/5 times and soak it in plain water for atleast 3-4 hours.
STEP 2.2. Heat the kadai add 1 table spoon soyabean oil and heat it properly.
STEP 3.3.Add sada jira, curry leaves and Red chilli. Fry these until smell comes out.
STEP 4.4. Pour whole Sabu with water and stirr it properly.
STEP 5.5. Cook for 5 minutes then add salt and pepper powder according to taste.
STEP 6.6. Cook until it becomes soft and transparent.
STEP 7.7. Garnish with nuts and curry leaves. Serve it to taste
