  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped mangoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 3.Take the samosa pastry sheets and cut them into triangles. Place a spoonful of the mango filling in the center of each triangle and fold it into a samosa shape.
  • STEP 4.Deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
