An easy korean dessert dish.Chapssal donuts are deep fried donuts that is made with sweet rice flour. Its outside is crunchy but inside is soft and chewy like mochi rice cakes. It’s an addictive Korean snacks filled with sweetened red bean paste.
STEP 1.1. Add sweet rice flour, all purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well. Now add boiling water for kneading.
STEP 2.2. Take pieces of dough and make balls. Now place the red bean balls tightly.
STEP 3.3. Preheat the cooking oil in a wok and deep fry the donuts for 8 minutes.
STEP 4.4. Coat them with granulated sugar (optional)
