Ingredients For Sausage Casserole Recipe

• 1 Large red onion peeled and chopped
• 2 Red peppers deseeded and chopped
• 20 Mini chorizo the bitesize ones, chopped in 1/2
• 3 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
• 2 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 0.5 cup Red wine
• 2 Chicken stock cubes crumbled
• 3 X14oz tins chopped tomatoes
• 14 ounce Tin haricot beans, drained and rinsed
• 14 ounce Tin cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
