Beef, Spinach And Feta Gozleme Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
• STEP 2.Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
• STEP 3.Roll out the dough into thin circles and spread the beef and spinach mixture on one half of each circle. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
• STEP 4.Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
• STEP 5.Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Cook the gozleme on each side until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
• STEP 6.Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Cut into wedges and serve hot or cold.

Cooking Tips

• You can add additional spices and herbs to the beef and spinach mixture for extra flavor.
• Make sure to roll out the dough thin enough so that it cooks evenly and becomes crispy.
• If you don't have a griddle, you can use a large skillet to cook the gozleme.
