1 Medium onion, cut into thin strips
1 Medium green pepper, cut into thin strips

2 tablespoon Canola oil
2 teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
0.25 teaspoon Salt
12 Flour tortillas , warmed
