A very rich fibrous tikki prepared from millet flour & jaggery specially eaten in winter's.Bajre ki tiki is winter snack..In my home it is called bajre ki tikki. we can called it bajre till ki meethi mathari..
STEP 3.In a big open vessel add bajra,grated almonds,1 tbsp oil & jaggery water.
STEP 4.Knead well and make a dough
STEP 5.Cover and rest the dough for 10 mins.
STEP 6.Make balls of the dough.
STEP 7.Press and flatten each ball with the palm.
STEP 8.Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Put the bajre ki tikki and flip and fry from each side.
