How to Make Bajre Ki Tikki Recipe

STEP 01

Grate almonds with the hand grater

STEP 02

Soak jaggery in water for 30 mins.

STEP 03

In a big open vessel add bajra,grated almonds,1 tbsp oil & jaggery water.

STEP 04

Knead well and make a dough

STEP 05

Cover and rest the dough for 10 mins.

STEP 06

Make balls of the dough.

STEP 07

Press and flatten each ball with the palm.

STEP 08

Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Put the bajre ki tikki and flip and fry from each side.
