Ingredients for Bajre Ki Tikki Recipe

  • 1.50 cup Bajra
  • 2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 7 Nos almonds
  • 1 cup Jaggery water

Directions: Bajre Ki Tikki Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grate almonds with the hand grater

  • STEP 2.Soak jaggery in water for 30 mins.

step 3

  • STEP 3.In a big open vessel add bajra,grated almonds,1 tbsp oil & jaggery water.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Knead well and make a dough

step 5

  • STEP 5.Cover and rest the dough for 10 mins.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Make balls of the dough.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Press and flatten each ball with the palm.
  • STEP 8.Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Put the bajre ki tikki and flip and fry from each side.
