Directions : Bajji Recipe

STEP 1.Preparations directions

STEP 2.Mix gram and rice flour together.

STEP 3.Then add red chilli powder, turmeric,salt & asafoetida powder

STEP 4.Add ¾ cup water and stir well.

STEP 5.Peel off raw banana

STEP 6.Grate into thin slices

STEP 7.Preparations directions for tadka

STEP 8.Add tbsp oil & heat it.

STEP 9.Then add mustard,red chilli and some curry leaves.

STEP 10.1.add oil in a pot and heat it.

STEP 11.2.now dip the banana slices into the flour mixture and then fry it.

STEP 12.3.then grind coconut,ginger,bengal gram,green chilli,curry leaves,salt and ½ cup water to make a paste.

STEP 13.4.now pour the tadka on the chutney.
