  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 3 Raw banana
  • 1/4 cup Rce flour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • pinch asafoetida powder
  • 1.25 cup Water
  • 1/2 liter Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • As required Small size ginger
  • As required Few Curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup Bengal gram
  • 2 No.s Green chilli
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Mustard
  • As required Red Chilli
  • As required Curry leaves

  • STEP 1.Preparations directions

  • STEP 2.Mix gram and rice flour together.

  • STEP 3.Then add red chilli powder, turmeric,salt & asafoetida powder

  • STEP 4.Add ¾ cup water and stir well.

  • STEP 5.Peel off raw banana

  • STEP 6.Grate into thin slices

  • STEP 7.Preparations directions for tadka

  • STEP 8.Add tbsp oil & heat it.

  • STEP 9.Then add mustard,red chilli and some curry leaves.

  • STEP 10.1.add oil in a pot and heat it.

  • STEP 11.2.now dip the banana slices into the flour mixture and then fry it.

step 15

  • STEP 12.3.then grind coconut,ginger,bengal gram,green chilli,curry leaves,salt and ½ cup water to make a paste.

step 16

  • STEP 13.4.now pour the tadka on the chutney.
