Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a blender, grind almonds and pistachios into a fine powder.
• STEP 2.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
• STEP 3.Reduce the heat and simmer the milk for about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
• STEP 4.Add the ground nut powder and sugar to the milk, and mix well until the sugar dissolves completely.
• STEP 5.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
• STEP 6.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or cones and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
• STEP 7.To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
• STEP 8.Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios, and enjoy the creamy and delicious badam-pista kulfi!
