Arbi Masala Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Arbi is the most common vegetable available during summers. As there are so many variations in making arbi. Some like to have it in simple boiled form with the tadka of heeng and carom seeds or some people just deep fry them with dry masalas! as i'am a little chatpati type of person so i have made this arbi tangy, spicy as well as tasty. Cutting arbi is a little fussy work as sometimes it causes irritation and itching on hands, so better to apply some coconut oil in your hands while peeling and cutting the arbi.
