STEP 1.Take a bowl and add all the batter ingredients,whisk well and cover tightly with a cling film and leave for rest for 30 mins
STEP 2.After 30 mins,whisk the batter again before using.
STEP 3.1.melt some unsalted butter in a pan and then pour in ¾ cup(190 ml)batter into the pan
STEP 4.2.using the back of the ladle, swirl and spread the batter evenly.
STEP 5.3.cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2-3 mins until bubbles appear.
STEP 6.4.uncover the pan and sprinkle the granulated sugar evenly,add in chopped roasted peanuts and several tsp of creamy sweet corn.
STEP 7.5.now cover the pan again and cook it fully.

STEP 9.S cooked remove the lid and put some slices of unsalted butter.
STEP 10.7.now with a help of spatula take take it out and fold it in half and serve
