Aloo playa traditional potato recipe. It is stir fried with chana dal, urad dal, onions and green chillies. Tempered with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
STEP 1.Take oil in a pan. Add 1 tbs of cumin seeds, ½ tbsp of mustard seeds, and 1 tbps of urad daal and fry the ingredients
STEP 2.Then add sliced chillies till it fries. Add chopped onions and curry leaves to the pan, till the colour changes. Now add ½ tbls turmeric powder and salt to taste.
STEP 3.Now add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves to the pan and mix. Masala aloo palya is ready.
