While I've never been to Tibet, the one thing that has become extremely popular across North Indian states are momos. From the North-East to Delhi and Mumbai, there is hardly any metro city that doesn't offer momos on its menu. In fact, in Delhi, the most authentic Tibetan momos can be found in Dilli Haat which is home to several North-Eastern eateries.
