What is a tikki? In laymen’s terms, it is a flat, crispy, savoury patty that could be made with a variety of ingredients. Most popular tikki has to be the aloo tikki, which is made with mashed potatoes, green chillies, some kind of flour for binding, onions (occasionally) and loads of spices.
