Coconut water is said to be an ideal drink for the season. The drink is low in calories and sugar, keeping you hydrated for longer hours as compared to the processed, aerated drinks. It is also believed that drinking coconut water once or twice a day helps to improve skin quality. Exposure to direct heat adversely impacts the skin and the antioxidants present in coconut water lead to a healthier skin.

This summer, let’s get you to whip some delicious and refreshing desi summer coolers that will lighten up your mood and day.
