Mumbai, the city that houses iconic ice cream spots like Taj Ice Creams, the famous K. Rustoms, and the beloved Naturals Ice Cream by the sea, now has a new artisanal brand launched by the Vantara initiative called Vantara Creamery. The brand is built around nostalgia, playful innovation, and small-batch craftsmanship. Vantara, primarily known for its wildlife rescue and rehabilitation initiative in Gujarat, has found the perfect way to enter the F&B market with the ultimate summer indulgence: ice cream.

Flavours Inspired By Nostalgia And New Innovations

The new ice cream brand announced its venture through a series of posts on Instagram. The post featured an AI-generated ad film, where a tiger is seen riding through the streets of Mumbai, alongside a Vantara Creamery van, which ties back to the wildlife-focused identity of the brand. The creamery made its debut in Mumbai in a similar truck-style experience at Jio World Drive on May 9 and 10.

In another post, the brand also announced flavours such as Filter Coffee for the ones who go all in, Lemon Sorbet for the ones who keep it cool, Guava Chilli for the ones who like to spice things up, Malai Kulfi for those who keep it classic, and more. The creamery has launched 17 flavours so far, along with the above-mentioned ones. Made with A1 Gir cow milk. These flavours are rooted in locally inspired ingredients, storytelling, and elevated presentation that position it within the premium artisanal category.

Ice Cream Crafted With A2 Gir Cow Milk

In a series of posts on Vantara’s official Instagram page, the brand also highlighted its use of A2 Gir cow milk, a premium dairy ingredient that provides a richer flavour and creamier texture. The use of A2 Gir cow milk also places the brand within the growing premium dairy segment, where consumers are increasingly looking for artisanal ingredients and small-batch products. Known for its rich texture and creamy consistency, A2 milk has become especially popular in desserts, ice creams, and traditional dairy preparations.

With such premium ingredients and a mix of nostalgic and experimental flavours, the brand appears to be targeting consumers who want both comfort and innovation. The ice cream truck is set to serve Mumbaikars again on May 16 and 17 at Jio World Drive.
