And believe me, all her recipes are a steal. Once again, she took to Instagram and shared the recipe of a delicious and tempting appetizer tomato bruschetta. This tomato bruschetta is just not like any other bruschetta that we’ve had.

Ingredients 

  • Sour dough bread
  • 10 to 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Italian seasonings
  • Low fat cream cheese or Tofu
  • Fresh basil

Method

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 halves. 
  • In a baking tray, add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Put some olive oil on both sides of the bread and bake it until crispy. Add some chopped garlic to it.
  • Spread the low-fat cream cheese or tofu and add cherry tomatoes on top.
  • Decorate with chopped fresh basil
