How To Make Vegetable Puff
First slice and cook the onion in a saucepan until golden brown, add ginger garlic, salt, turmeric, and chilli powder, and saute well. Now add in the veggies including potatoes, beans, carrot and peas and cook until tender. Once done, let the mix rest. Meanwhile, preheat the oven and unwrap the pastry sheets, cut it and spoon the mixture along the line of the pastry sheet. Fold and vrush the oastry sheet with oil and eggyolk, and bake it for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry has fluffed up nicely and is golden brown. If you don’t have pastry sheets, you can also make a dough of maida, salt, and some oil. For the full recipe for this vegetable puff, click here.
