Actress Soha Ali Khan has always been open about her passion for food and her culinary prowess. Drop by her Instagram page, and you’ll see various food-themed videos, including seeing her craft a perfectly round roti for an advertisement. On New Year’s Eve, she also took to her Instagram stories to share her attempt at crafting her first fried egg. Given the actress’ love of food, it’s no surprise that she excitedly posted pictures of herself gorging on desserts at actor Angad Bedi’s 41st birthday party.
The party was held at Gauri Khan’s newly inaugurated chic restaurant in Bandra. In addition to Soha, the guests included Bedi’s wife, Neha Dhupia, who is also a model and an actress, as well as a few of their other friends who featured in Soha’s pictures. In total, the actress shared three photos from the party on her Instagram stories. The first picture featured herself, Bedi, and Dhupia alongside the other party guests posing for a group picture outside the restaurant. She captioned this photo with a confetti emoji and celebrated the reopening of Gauri Khan’s restaurant.

The second photo captured Soha, Dhupia, and a friend indulging in a plate full of a scrumptious dessert. Although it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what this dessert is, it appears to be an assortment of sponge cakes that Soha and her friends were relishing with ice cream. Given the big smiles on their faces and Soha’s caption on the photo being simply, “Uff these desserts..." it is fair to assume that the actress savoured digging into the sweet treats shown in the photo.

The third and final photo featured a close-up of what appeared to be a soft and creamy cake of some sort; a scoop of vanilla ice cream was plopped atop this cake, and the plate also comprised some fresh strawberries and cream. Comparing this visually appealing dessert to a work of art, Soha captioned the photo, “A thing of beauty…” She even added a heart-eyes emoji to indicate how deeply enamoured she was with this dessert. These dessert photos shared by Soha will no doubt have sugar junkies everywhere indulging in their favourite sweet dishes!
