How to make sweet potato tikkis?

  1. First, put the sweet potato in the cooker and boil it till one to two whistles. After cooling, peel it and keep it aside.
  2. After peeling, mash it by keeping it in a vessel. Now blend it well by adding other ingredients.
  3. Put oil in a heated pan and from the prepared batter make round tikkis.
  4. Now, put the tikkis in the pan, cook both sides until golden and serve.

  3. After this to the boiling milk, add grated sweet potato and cook till it becomes thick.
  4. Now put sugar, cardamom powder, saffron in it, stir it once, and turn off the gas.
