Halwa To Cutlet: Must-Try These Recipes On Your Kids' Birthday Bash

At the same time, the dad must be busy ordering cake while the mom must be searching for the party menu. So, are you preparing for a birthday menu but have no idea about it? Well, to make this birthday fete a special one, you ought to come up with a delightful menu. Mostly everyone throws a bash with desserts, ice creams and cakes. How about serving your visitors with sumptuous treats so that they will request their parents to have them on their menu as well? Here we are presenting three-party foodstuffs that children would love: 



  1. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  2. Ginger paste - 1 /2 tsp
  3. Black pepper - 5 to 6
  4. Green peas - 1/2 cup
  5. Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  6. Paneer - 200 grams
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  10. Cloves - 2 to 3
  11. Cardamom - 2
  12. Ghee - 4 tsp
  13. Rice - 1 cup


How to make paneer pulao?

  1. First of all, put water in a vessel to boil rice.
  2. Now, in a pan, heat oil, fry the paneer well and take it out.
  3. Now heat ghee in a pan, fry cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, cloves and after a while, add the ginger paste to fry it.
  4. After frying for a while, add peas and cook it for about 5-6 minutes.
  5. After 6 minutes, add boiled rice, fried paneer and cook for some time. Now, put lemon juice, coriander leaves on top, stir once, and turn off the gas.
  6. Paneer pulao is ready to serve.



  1. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Green peas - 1 cup boiled
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  5. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Bread powder - 3 tsp
  7. Oregano -1/2 tsp
  8. Potato - 1 boiled
  9. Oil -1/2 cup 


How to make pea cutlets?

  1. First of all, put potatoes, peas, salt, coriander leaves, red chilli, chaat masala, oregano in a vessel and mash it well.
  2. After about 5 to 7 minutes, add bread powder and mash it well.
  3. Put oil to warm up in a pan.
  4. After this, make a cutlet shape out of the prepared mixture and deep fry it in hot oil.
  5. Now serve it with chutney.



  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Yellow Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery - 2 tsp
  4. Cashew - 1 tsp
  5. Ghee - 4 tsp
  6. Milk - 1 cup


How to make moong dal halwa? 

  1. First of all, after washing moong dal with water, heat ghee in a pan for some time and fry till it becomes light brown.
  2. After roasting, please put it in a mixer, make a fine powder, and take it out in a vessel.
  3. Now put water, jaggery, cardamom in a container, boil it for some time, and keep it aside.
  4. After this, in a pan, heat ghee, add moong dal powder, milk and cook.
  5. Now add jaggery water to it and cook it while stirring it for some time.
  6. After cooking for a while, please turn off the gas, garnish it with cashew nuts and serve.
