Chilli Garlic Noodles

  1. Coriander leaves (chopped) to garnish
  2. Chilli garlic pops 5- 6 pieces
  3. Capsicum (chopped) 2 tbsp
  4. Carrot (chopped) 1 tbsp
  5. Green peas 1 tbsp
  6. Noodles 1 packet
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Butter 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Deep fry garlic pops till crispy and keeps aside.
  2. Heat pan on medium flame, add water, add a pinch of salt, rest to boil. Then add in the vegetables, cook until tender.
  3. Now add noodles, masala, and butter and stir gently.
  4. Add chilli garlic pops, stir fry to mix ingredients evenly.
  5. Serve hot while garnishing with chopped coriander

Caramel Crinkle Fries

  1. Refined oil to deep fry
  2. Crinkle fries 200 gms
  3. Baking soda ½ tsp
  4. Butter 1 tbsp
  5. Gems 1 pack
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar 1 cup

Steps

  1. Deep fry the fries until crispy and golden yellow.
  2. Take a non-stick pan. Set the flame on low and add sugar to it. Let sugar melt slowly.
  3. Do not stir initially. Instead, stir after sugar starts to melt and changes colour to brown.
  4. While sugar is melting, add butter and stir, add baking soda and blend uniformly. Ensure it has saucy flowing consistency.
  5. Please take out the fries, arrange them on a dish, and pour the caramel on top.
  6. Garnish with multicoloured gems. Then, it’s ready to serve.

Cheezy Kathi Roll

  1. Jalapeno cheesy pops 6-8 nos
  2. Paratha (medium size) 1 piece
  3. Refined oil to deep fry
  4. Chaat masala to taste
  5. Cheese grated 1 tbsp
  6. Tomato slices 1 tbsp
  7. Onion sliced 1 tbsp
  8. Ketchup 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Deep fry jalapeno cheese pops till golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. Prepare homemade paratha to apply ketchup, place onion, tomato slices (or any other spread to choice, e.g. green chutney, tamarind chutney etc.)
  3. Place deep-fried cheese pops over veggies and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
  4. Grate cheese over, roll the paratha and wrap it in butter paper.
  5. Serve hot with any of your favourite dips.

Potato bets With Spicy Tomato Salsa

  1. Coriander chopped to garnish
  2. Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Jalapeno chopped 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice few drops
  6. Refined oil to deep fry
  7. Onion chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Potatobets 100 gm
  9. Capsicum 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Heat oil and deep fry the potato bits until golden and crispy.
  2. Prepare tomato salsa – In a bowl, put finely chopped tomato, jalapenos, onion, chopped coriander, salt to taste and lime juice mix; gently.
  3. On a plate, arrange the potato bits and top them with the salsa salad like a canopy.
  4. Garnish with some fresh coriander and serve.

Kung Pao Fries

  1. Spring onion to garnish
  2. Red chilly sauce ½ tsp
  3. Refined oil to deep fry
  4. Mushroom slices 1 cup
  5. Roasted Peanuts 1 tsp
  6. Ginger chopped 1 cup
  7. Dry red chillies 1 tbsp
  8. French fries 250 gms
  9. Onion chopped 1 cup
  10. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  11. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. Heat oil, deep fry until golden yellow and crispy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and onion sauté for 2 mins. Now add mushroom slices and cook for another 2 mins.
  3. Add soya and chilly sauce to it and sauté for 3 mins in low heat.
  4. Add salt to taste, add the fries, and roughly crushed peanuts mix gently.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
