Most of the time, after a tiring day, when it comes to making dinner, many of us feel lethargic. Thus, the next best option that comes to our mind is ordering food from outside. Thanks to those several platforms that made this task easy. However, the dinner dilemma doesn't end there. It's challenging to determine what to order. Coming up with dinner ideas is particularly difficult when you go home with a tired body, an overworked mind, and an empty stomach. If you're stuck for ideas for supper today or simply can't determine what you're craving, try one of the following methods.

Find peace in fibre

The best dinner is one rice in fibre. Consider raita with brown rice, multigrain rotis with bhindi ki sabzi, raagi roti and raita, and oats cheela with rajma. You can also eat fibre-rich bajra roti with veggies to produce a nutritious combination. Include a lot of raw vegetable salad, notably carrots, beetroot, and cucumber. They fulfil your hunger and give your body the required fibre.

If you don't want to skip this meal while also trying to lose weight, consider eating high-protein foods. Masoor dal soup, grilled chicken or tofu with hummus, beans, sprouts salad, soy chunks curry with phulka, eggs, and Greek yoghurt are all excellent options.

Hail and healthy

Often the hunger pangs in the early evening are at their highest. This makes many of us gulp down available in the fridge or shelves. Most of the time, they are too sugary, highly processed, or calories loaded. So, plan a healthy dinner option in advance, maybe by lunchtime. If you prefer to order healthy food for supper, grilled veggies, grilled tofu, grilled salmon, and beetroot salad are the top meal options to consider

If you have dinner late at night, pay special attention to what you eat. Late-night food alternatives include lettuce sandwiches, fruit smoothies, whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and more. Even if it's too late, don't go to bed on an empty stomach. Choose your foods carefully. Curd rice can be calming and will not leave you feeling acidic. Lemon coriander vegetarian or non-vegetarian soup is also delightful. The aim is to feed rather than overload yourself.
