The festival of the bonfire, dhol and scrumptious food is almost here and we know you can’t keep calm. Yes, we are talking about Lohri. One of the most awaited and enjoyed festivals in India, Lohri is celebrated to mark the end of the chilly winter days and welcome the spring. My fondest memory of Lohri is sitting around the bonfire at a park in Amar colony, relishing a plate full of popcorn, dry fruits and til ladoo and dancing with my Punjabi friends. And I think most of you can relate to this. The festival is one of the most joyous festivals and the Punjabi “josh” makes it a memorable one.
