POHA ALOO TIKKI

Ingredients

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped 
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Groundnut powder - 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
  6. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  7. Salt - according to taste
  8. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
  10. Potato - 3 boiled
  11. Oil - for frying
  12. Poha - 2 cups

How to make aloo tikki from leftover poha?

  1. First of all, put all the ingredients like poha, boiled potatoes, chilli powder, salt etc., in a vessel and mash it well.
  2. Now add little water to it and mix it well.
  3. Now put oil in a heated pan.
  4. After this, take the mashed ingredients and prepare them in the shape of tikkis.
  5. Now put this tikki in a heated pan and fry it on medium flame till both sides turn golden.
  6. Poha aloo tikki is ready to serve.

POHA PAKODAS

Ingredients

  1. Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  7. Potato - 2 boiled
  8. Oil - for frying
  9. Poha - 2 cups
  10. Besan - 2 tsp

How to make pakodas from leftover poha?

  1. First, put the remaining poha, gram flour, potato in a vessel and mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to this mixture and mix it well.
  3. After this, add light water, mash it well, and make pakodas from this mixture.
  4. Now, put the prepared pakoras after heating oil in a pan, deep fry, and take them out.
  5. Now serve it with chutney.

POHA UTTAPAM

Ingredients

  1. Green vegetables - 1 cup
  2. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  3. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  4. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Semolina - 3 tsp
  7. Oil - as required
  8. Poha - 2 cups
  9. Curd - 2 tsp

How to make uttapam from leftover poha?

  1. Put the poha in a mixer and paste.
  2. Add salt, semolina, curd and water to the paste and mash it well.
  3. Chop all the vegetables finely, add salt, and mix them well in another vessel.
  4. After this, heat oil in a pan, put the mixed poha and spread it. After laying, pour over the uttapam from the mixed vegetable and cook for some time.
  5. After cooking for some time, add chilli flakes on top and cook the other side.
  6. Poha uttapam is ready to be served.
