But today, with this article, we will tell you some of the most delicious recipes from leftover chole. You don't even need to work hard for them, as they don't take much time for preparation. Chole Biryani

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Leftover chickpeas - 2 cups
  3. Green Chillies - 2 chopped
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  7. Onion - 1 chopped
  8. Cumin - 1 /2 tsp
  9. Cardamom - 2
  10. Rice - 2 cups
  11. Ghee - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, soak the rice in water and keep it aside
  2. Then, heat water in a vessel, add all the other ingredients except coriander leaves and boil them
  3. Drain the excess water and add rice to it; after cooking for four to five minutes, add the remaining chickpeas and mix them well
  4. Take it out on a plate and serve it by adding coriander leaves and lemon juice on top
  5. You can also add fried onions on top to garnish

Chole Tikki

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover chickpeas - 2 cups
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  8. Gram flour - 2 tsp
  9. Salt - as per taste

Method:

  1. First, put the remaining chickpeas in a pan and fry them lightly to reduce the curry.
  2. Now take it out in a vessel, put all the ingredients, and mash it well
  3. After mashing, make it like a tikki
  4. Heat oil and fry the tikkis on both sides in a pan until golden brown
  5. Now, serve it with your favourite chutney

Chickpeas Sandwich

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover chickpeas - 2 cups
  2. Tomato - cut into 1 slice
  3. Onion - cut into 1 slice
  4. Salt - as per taste
  5. Bread - 4 pieces
  6. Sauce - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, heat ghee in a pan, roast the bread and keep it aside
  2. Now, put the remaining chickpeas in the same pan and fry for some time
  3. After roasting chickpeas, put them with other ingredients on the bread
  4. After adding the ingredients, put another bread on top and bake it again in the pan
  5. Similarly, prepare sandwiches from other bread as well
