The celebrity started the new year with a yummy dish that she swore by last year too and we aren’t surprised. Kim took to her Instagram stories to share one of her first breakfasts of 2023, and it consisted of blueberry egg waffles, which she referred to as “blueberry eggos”. A plateful of half-eaten waffles, topped with maple syrup can be seen in her story, below which she writes, “Blueberry Eggos changed my life last year OMMGGG won’t stop this year”.
Well, the idea of including blueberries in one’s diet is a fairly healthy plan, and since it really helped Kim last year, she plans to continue it this year too. Blueberries are known to be full of antioxidants and help in reducing cholesterol and blood pressure levels too. Eggs, as one is well aware of, are a great source of protein and provide an extra bout of energy to the body like no other. They are often preferred for breakfast, made in a variety of ways or added to other dishes like pancakes, waffles, crepes, and more.
